Kitset Raised Garden Beds

Raised Garden Beds

Note: Due the huge variety of sizes we can provide, we do not have all sizes sitting in stock. We require a minimum of one day's notice to produce your kitset.

Grow your own vegetables or garden in one of our Macrocarpa Raised Garden Beds. Constructed from naturally durable and environmentally friendly macrocarpa, they will give you years of service. Our untreated timber will ensure that your macrocarpa planter box is perfectly suited for growing.

Sizes

Please scroll down to use our sizing and pricing tool.

We have a comprehensive range of rectangular kitset gardens beds which can be assembled using a battery drill, impact driver, and a hammer.

The timber size used is 200x50mm or 200x100mm Landscape Grade.

Standard widths are 600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, and 1800mm.
Please note that for beds greater than 1200mm wide you can no longer reach in to the centre from the edge and instead have to step into the garden to access the center, which causes compaction of the soil underfoot. If you need frequent access to the entire garden bed (e.g. for vegetables) we recommend using multiple thinner beds rather than a single large one.

Standard lengths increase in increments of 300mm up to 5100mm.

Custom widths and lengths are available - please click the "Custom Measurements" button below to switch to custom measurement entry.

Bed height can be 400mm, 600mm, or 800mm, as dictated by the number of stacked timber layers in the structure.

Our kitsets come with all the timber cut to exact length, and include the 14-gauge galvanised bugle screws for fixing, and galvanised multigrips for holding one layer to the next. We also include a 6mm drill bit for the pilot holes and hex impact driver bit for your convenience. All that needs to be done is to drill the holes and screw together.

Assembly takes approximately one hour.
